What is OpenID?

    Whats the best training myth you have heard? I was told once not to drink milk cause it has lactos in it and that causes lactic acid..

    Don't drink water before you train.........you might get a stitch!!

    What about:
    Dont drink Coffe when you take creatine because it leaches the creatine out of your body?
    I would rather do leg press than squats beacause I can lift more.
    and curls get the girls??
